I accidentaly got a bad batch of bio diesel and I put it in my hummer. I didn't use it for a while and it turned into a hard glycerin substance. I want to try and dissolve it so I can get it out of the hummer without spend 1000's of dollars at a repair shop. Any suggestions?

Light a match …….. Peace
Unless you have a super high powered heating blanket to wrap the tank in, you are probable going to have to have the tank flushed. That will probably mean having to drop the tank out of the vehicle. By the fact you are running diesel or bio-diesel you must have an H1…ouch expensive. Try a general repair shop instead of the dealership, you’ll probable get a better deal. If you paid for the bio-diesel and didnt make it yourself, try getting the distributor to pay for the repair. All in all, any vehicle running bio-diesel should have a tank heater installed to prevent this from happening. Good luck tho…
